1 c. chicken (fully cooked, preferably boiled)
1/2 c. cooked brown rice
6 t. alfalfa sprouts
3/4 c. cream-style cottage cheese
Place all ingredients in a food process and blend to a chunky consistancy.

3 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. grated carrots
3 t. vegetable oil
1 egg
Brown hamburger then mix with rice and carrots. Ground eggshell and mix in raw egg with shell.
