I have never set up a food bank myself, however I offer you these suggestions: • Contact other food banks, even if they are not in your area, and see how they did it • Contact local rescues/shelters and ask them for suggestions • Tell me about Maxie Boy and how he has inspired you to create a pet food pantry. I will write a blog post about this and tweet/Facebook it so we can maybe get even more input and support. And keep me posted. This is such a good thing.
