“Harley” is recuperating. His front leg has been splinted for the four breaks it sustained after being hit by a car. From asking around we have learned there was a small dog with a camoflage collar that regularly ran around in a nearby neighborhood but he has not been seen in a couple weeks. His name is Charley.
So we are following up on that. In the meanwhile, Harley is getting along with his splint quite well.
