The bill also gives consumers 6 months to recognize that a dog or cat has a congenital defect that adversely affects or will adversely affect the health of such dog or cat and return that animal under the same “pet lemon law.”

Onions are toxic to dogs. The toxicity is dose dependent, so the bigger the animal, the more onion need be consumed to cause a toxicity.

I have a dog that had a terrible case of demodectic mange. He had large bald patches on both sides of his body and his feet were red and inflamed. He itched terribly. We tried Ivermectin at first and it worked, but the suggested dosage is akin to giving your dog a heartworm pill every day. Probably pretty rough on his liver eventually.
